Who we are

Trapcult is a private artist-management tool operated by Trapcult, Bengaluru, India. It is used by our internal team to run bookings, payments, travel and enquiries for the artists we represent. It is not a public service and has no consumer sign-ups.

What we collect

From promoters and organisers: if you submit the booking enquiry form on trapcult.in, we collect the name, phone number, email address and message you provide, along with the date and time of submission.

From our own team: email address and name for account access, plus the business records they enter (shows, payments, expenses, travel).

On WhatsApp: if you message our business number, we process the message content and your phone number in order to reply. Numbers not recognised as team members receive no reply and no data is stored about them.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Why we use it

Solely to respond to booking enquiries and to run the business: scheduling shows, tracking payments, arranging travel, and keeping a record of who we have worked with. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for marketing.

Who can see it

Access is limited to our small internal team, each with an individual account. Data is held on our behalf by service providers who process it only to run the app: Supabase (database and file storage), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (the assistant feature), Meta (WhatsApp messaging), and Resend (email delivery). We do not send your data anywhere else.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and business records are retained while they remain commercially relevant, and reviewed periodically. If you ask us to delete an enquiry you submitted, we will remove it.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email saketh.info@trapcult.in and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Database access is restricted per account, and administrative credentials are held server-side only. No system is perfect; if we ever become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will tell you.

Children

Trapcult is a business tool and is not directed at children under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date above. Material changes affecting people who have contacted us will be communicated directly where we have a means to do so.
